- Comment: Beyond impressed! From the beginning, working with Jason on an estimate was so easy with no pressure, and Jason was great! Only had to wait 3 weeks before they were calling me asking when they could install! We were told May 1st between 8:20 and 8:50 and Brian and Josh showed up at 8:20. They did not stop all day, even when I asked them "aren't you going to take a break?" They said no. They were so professional and did such a great job, I just couldn't believe that companies like this still existed! Our windows look beautiful and the customer service is unparalleled!! We had gotten other estimates and were being pressured into signing that day. I had a gut feeling about this company, and my gut was right! You do not need to have anyone else give you an estimate, this company is beyond comparison to any other window company (in my opinion of course). I can't say enough about them, all I can say is thank you Freedom Windows for the exceptional work, professionalism and sincere pride you take in your work! I couldn't be more happy with the work or windows!
